Software Assurance "Premium"

Xpert-Timer Pro will be delivered from the date of purchase, for at least one year with the software assurance package "Premium". The package will be charged at 20% of the license value. The amount is 15% for all bug fixes, changes and changes within the current major release, and 5% for the upgrade to a new major major release.

The package "Premium" contains:

  • 12 months product updates from the 1st of the following month to the purchase date of the license within the purchased major version, eg. updates from version 7.0 to version 7.5.
  • 12 months Product upgrades from the 1st of the following month to the license creation date within the purchased major version. For example: upgrade from version 5 to version 6
  • Free e-mail support within max. 72 hours on weekdays from Mon. - Fri. to service@xperttimer.de

Chargeable - not included in the package:

  • Telephone support (also technical)
  • Support via remote desktop application
  • Product support - helpline:
    15 minutes package: 30, - EUR plus VAT
    30 minutes package: 60, - EUR plus VAT
    60 minutes package: 100, - EUR plus VAT

The term for the extension is always calculated on an ongoing basis. An interruption of the software maintenance period is not possible, i. if extended after the software assurance expiration date, the period will be calculated retrospectively. The minimum amount for the Premium Package is 25,00 EUR plus VAT per anno.
