
Software Assurance "Basic"
Xpert-Timer Basic will be delivered from the date of purchase, for at least one year with the software assurance package "Basic". Other software assurance packages are not available for the Basic version of the Xpert Timer. The term of one year starts from the 1st of the following month to the purchase date of the license. The package will be charged with 25, - Euro per anno. The amount includes all bug fixes and udpates within the current major version.
The package "Basic" contains:
- 12 months product updates from the 1st of the following month to the purchase date of the license within the purchased major version, eg. updates from version 7.0 to version 7.5.
- Free e-mail support within max. 72 hours on weekdays from Mon. - Fri. to service@xperttimer.de
Chargeable - not included in the package:
- Telephone support (also technical)
- Upgrade to a new major version. It will be charged at 40% of the price of the new version of Xpert-Timer Basic.
- Product support - helpline:
15 minutes package: 30, - EUR plus VAT
30 minutes package: 60, - EUR plus VAT
60 minutes package: 100, - EUR plus VAT
Support via remote access: 80, - EUR plus VAT / hour
