Stored documents are only found if the correct filter is set. Is it possible that the documents, which e.g. b. stored in archived projects can be found without selecting the "archived" status?

Xpert-Timer offers you document management to manage your documents stored in the system. Use this to display all documents across projects and customers. You will find the document management in the menu item "Window"-> Documents.

Regarding the project status "Archived": No, there are no exceptions to the status "Archived". All archived projects and their tasks/projects/documents/timestamps are always archived as well. So if you need documents beyond the project runtime, you should save them in the customer instead of within the project.
