The telephony module


Automatic Caller ID

With the telephony module (CTI) in Xpert-Timer, incoming and outgoing calls can be automatically recognized and associated with specific projects. Simply enter the customer's contact details in the customer administration, and when you call or receive a call from that customer, the call time will be automatically booked to the project.

This module is especially useful for call centers or service providers who make frequent calls. Xpert-Timer uses the TAPI interface of your telephone system to handle telephony and record phone calls. Please note that the telephony module is not compatible with the FRITZ!Box as it does not offer a TAPI interface.
